Another special little girl - Charlie

13yrs ago Charlie was so cruelly taken from everyone who loved and adored her and she took half her mummy's heart with her.

I first met Charlie at around 18mths old when I started babysitting and even at that young age her personality shone and she brought a smile to everyone's face whom she met. I watched Charlie grow into a cheeky young lady whom wouldn't take no as an answer she grabbed life with both hands, you wouldn't have known she had a heart condition so full of life until unfortunately she was sadly taken by heavens angels. We will never forget you Charlie xxxx

since that day I will never know how her mummy gets out of bed sometimes and faces each day, I am so proud of her and thankful for the way in which she has helped mummy through some tough times x

Great Yarmouth with granny

In a very cold and snowy march we went to Great Yarmouth with granny our caravan had central heating thank god and we had lots of fun on the rides. We went to the theatre to watch 'the selfish crocodile' and even saw the sea xx

Finally you give up your bottles

After me trying time and time again you have finally given up your bottles and had a cup of tea with some biscuits tonight.

Very proud darling lots of love mummy xxx

4 day party for a 4 year old princess

Well darling yesterday you turned 4 years old and we have been partying since Saturday with your main party with lots of friends and family helping you to celebrate.  You played PiƱata  Pass the Parcel and Mummy paid for a professional face painter.  Mummy ordered you a big chocolate cake with 20 cupcakes and they were yummy.  After your party Owen, Finlay & Keah stayed to play and had some dinner along with Granny, Neil, Kerry, Granddad & Nana   You woke up Saturday morning at 5;30am excited about your party.  You came and jumped into my bed and started whispering "I can't believe its my party" and you partied hard until 9:30pm.

Then Sunday you were awake again at 6:30am excited because Granddad & Nana stayed for a 'sleepover' and Mummy cooked Sunday lunch (beef & Lamb) for everyone and the boys (Owen & Finlay) came over again to play.

Monday we chilled out and you went back to school and cleaned the house

Then 23rd April 2013 you woke up at 5:30am excited and after jumping into Mummy's bed again I asked you to go back too sleep because it was early and you had a busy day.  Mummy turned over to go back to sleep and you started to sing 'Happy Birthday' to yourself so I decided it wasn't fair to ignore you and gave you your cards and presents.  After school we all went bowling with Owen & Finlay and then to Harvester up at the Meridian, you were very emotional because you were so tired but I can definitely say you have had a very busy few days turning 4.

This morning you asked me when you'd be 5, lets get through this year first babe and then after Christmas we can start to plan your next party xxx

Love you hugs and kisses

4years old - where has Mummy's baby gone?

Well your nearly four years old, your going to Inglehurst Infant School in the afternoons and start Full Time in September.  I am so proud of you, I always say it but in your short little life you have had a lot to deal with losing your Daddy but you have coped very well with your family around you to support you and you make me proud to be your Mummy.

Your such a good girl always helping Mummy around the house with the shopping in the garden and we have such fun playing and learning.  You are always saying we are best friends and I hope this remains for as long as I live honey as you are my life and I will do everything in my power to help you grow into a lovely mannered young lady.

Your family love you and are very proud.  You and Granny have such a special close bond and you love gardening with Granny planting the potato & vegetable seeds.   Your Uncle Neil, Auntie Kerry, Owen & Finlay are always around for you so is Grandpa & Nana Pam.  Auntie Jo from Ireland and cousin Vicky have always been around to support you also, Auntie Jo is always busy crocheting blankets for your babies.

Your birthday party will be on Saturday 20th April with all your family and friends helping you celebrate and then on your actual birthday we are going to meet up with Owen & Finlay to do something special.
